BTM Gusto 2019 is back in the historical location of Castello Carlo V, which already hosted the 2017 edition.
Also this year producers and services companies in the food & wine sector show and tell a unique territory, that is Apulia, as a destination more and more appreciated by foreign tourists identified as foodies.
In a designated structure prepared at the entrance of the Castle, the exhibitors, who will be organized in different spaces in a food&wine frame intended for exhibition and not for tasting, will entertain operators and guest with their company history.

The activities

The ‘Village of Food & Wine Tourism’ ’ of BTM Gusto is organized in working areas, and it will include the ‘salon of taste’ in order to chat, exchange ideas, projects and business agreements, the ‘tables of taste’ to have tastings and increase the knowledge of the products, and the ‘Courtyard’, that is a space devoted to culture and information.
These working areas will be available to exhibitors and guests during the three days of BTM. In the 2019 edition,we planned the ‘board of taste’, open only in certain times, reserved to the experts of the food & wine tourism sector.

They are organized for tasting products and dishes prepared by chef and culinary experts. They will represent an innovation but they will keep at the same time the tradition of the local cuisine. The V edition of BTM gusto 2019 includes much news. On Saturday 2nd March 2019, journalists, influencers, experts, cooks or foodies will tackle on the ‘ring of taste’ without flames and pots, to win special prizes. .

Specific advance training, excellent guests, B2B with buyers and international contacts will offer a further opportunity to the operators in the only event in the southern Italy dedicated to the
Food & Wine Tourism.
